First Consultation
Fee: R1180
Includes:
- 60-90 minutes consultation
- Questions asked on medical history (including blood tests), diet/lifestyle history
- An Inbody assessment will be done (here it is not just about the number that is reflected on the scale, but more importantly about your body’s composition)
- Total weight
- % body fat
- Muscle mass
- Total body water

- Guidelines will be given in consultation, with an eating plan emailed to you 3-4 working days after consultation (included in the consultation fee)
- If necessary, you will be sent for blood tests, on which I will notify you
Individual Consultations
Follow-up Consultation
Fee: R600
Includes:
- 30 minutes consultation
- Inbody assessment
- Discussion of progress
- Extra information will be discussed for example how to read labels.
- Adjustments in eating plan if needed.
Discovery Vitality Assessments
Fee: R550
Includes:
- 30 minutes consultation
- Basic nutrition assessment and guidelines
- Inbody assessment
- Earn 1000 vitality points
Payment method:
- Claims will be made to the following major medical schemes (claim will be deducted from your savings account or if PMB applies): Discovery, GEMS, Medscheme, Medihelp, Bestmed and Momentum.
- If you want to pay the consult privately, you must pay cash or settle your account via EFT (no card facility).
